Our realtor is Lisa Touney with ReMax. She was at the house this morning and took pictures for the listing on the MLS, and she also put the sign in the yard. Now...we wait! And we hope that we don't have to wait too long before we get an offer. We will be praying for a quick sale and a happy family to move into the flip house!
Chad and I stopped at the house tonight to take pictures. These will more or less be the final pictures taken of the flip house. Since nothing else should be changing, we decided that tonight would be as good as any to get our last pictures. Tonight as we were outside taking pictures, we heard a cardinal singing away perched on the utility pole in the backyard. We have never heard or seen a cardinal at the flip house until tonight. We are hoping it is a good sign for Cardinal Homes!
