One final note: Each Friday, our realtor gives us an update on the previous week's activity at our house. Considering the house has only been listed for two days, we have already had 44 public and 98 agent hits on the MLS! No showings yet, but the weekend is coming and that is the busy time for showings. Lisa is confident they will be coming! I will keep everyone updated...:)
